Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant electrical systems including panels, motors, compressors, refrigeration units, and packaging machines. Maintain logs and documentation for maintenance activities and electrical inspections. Assist in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and automation systems. Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving improvements. Ensure proper functioning of lighting, wiring, earthing, and DG sets across the plant. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 35 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in dairy or food processing units. Awareness of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices. Flexibility to work in shifts and during emergency breakdowns. Working knowledge of PLC systems and automation (preferred).
