Role Responsibilities

• Attend customers and handle inquiries at the office
• Explain product benefits and guide customers clearly
• Convert leads into sales and maintain daily follow-ups
• Maintain reports, call logs, and communication discipline
• Support online orders and manage customer queries

Candidate Profile
