Senior Manager (E-Commerce & Sales)

Location: On-site, with relocation support

Salary: 45k – 60k per month

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Manager who’s got the chops to handle both our team and our e-commerce operations at Herbal Maza. Here’s the deal: we need someone who’s got at least 7–10 years of post-MBA experience, especially in managing teams and driving online sales. You’ll be the go-to person for decision-making, team motivation, and making sure everyone is on point with their performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Solid experience in running a company, particularly in the e-commerce space.
• Strong English skills and a professional demeanor.
• A knack for managing and grooming a team, keeping everyone motivated, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring smooth operations.
• The ability to relocate and work on-site with us.
