Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert a majority of agency-provided leads into closed deals.
  • Lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations with input from strategy and creative teams.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with senior decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Keep CRM (Freshsales) updated with accurate pipeline and deal information.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate to refine the qualification process.

  • High conversion rate of agency-provided leads into paying clients.
  • Consistent closure of mid- to large-scale deals aligned with revenue targets.
  • A strong, predictable pipeline that contributes meaningfully to agency growth.
  • Positive client feedback on early engagement and proposal quality.


Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within creative agencies, consulting, or marketing services. Industry specific experience also preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing new business deals with mid- to large-scale brands.
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage pricing and contracts effectively.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders such as CMOs, brand managers, and founders.
  • Highly target-driven and thrives in a hunter-style, closing-focused role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Freshsales, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
