Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive in the Agriculture/Bio-Fertilizer industry, your role will be crucial in driving bio-fertilizer sales within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, developing strong relationships with dealers and distributors, conducting market analysis, engaging with farmers, and ensuring effective coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for bio-fertilizers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers. - Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners in previously untapped markets. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Develop and execute area sales plans based on market analysis. - Regularly assess market potential and recommend strategies for increased reach and profitability. - Engage with farmers through field visits to gather insights and build relationships. - Organize product demonstrations, training programs, and field trials in collaboration with dealers and agricultural experts. - Maintain sales records, market feedback, and dealer performance. - Coordinate with supply chain and product teams to ensure timely delivery and service. - Provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Head Office. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 1 year of experience in bio-fertilizer/agri-input sales. - Any Degree. - Strong understanding of bio-fertilizer products. - Existing network of bio-fertilizer or agri-input dealers in the region. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
