About GreySpace: GreySpace Studios, founded in 2020 by Pranav Savlani, Shubham Harish, and later joined by Yatin Savlani, is a New Delhi-based design studio and digital marketing agency specializing in branding, packaging, and UI/UX design. We work closely with founders, directors, and entrepreneurs to build world-class brands that stand out, blending business acumen with creative design. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. Responsibilities: Create marketing calendars for clients and social media campaigns along with strategies, including budget planning, content ideation and implementation Define the most important social media KPIs, build dashboards, collect customer data and analyse interactions to measure and improve performance Coordinate with clients/brands weekly to make sure they are onboard and up to date with the project progress Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various department members, including Copywriters, Graphic Designers and the Production team Conceptualise, Ideate and implement new out of the box ideas to get an advantage over competitors Think long-term and strategically to understand brands and connect with the brand’s true audience Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Brand management. Experience with audience and buyer persona research Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices Proven ability to build social media communities Experience working with and developing a marketing plan In-depth Understanding of social media KPIs Critical thinking and problem-solving skills combined with great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
