The role involves overseeing daily production operations, managing workforce and resources efficiently, maintaining quality control, and ensuring safety compliance in the manufacturing process. The Manager/Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, planning schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency while keeping production goals on track. Qualifications Strong understanding of plywood and particle board manufacturing processes and industry standards Skills in team management, leadership, and communication Knowledge and experience in quality control, inventory management, and equipment maintenance Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with attention to detail Proficiency in production scheduling and workflow optimization Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment Relevant technical education or training in manufacturing or industrial engineering is preferred Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced production environment
