Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thodupuzha for an experienced Plywood and Particle Board Manager/Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily production operations, managing workforce and resources efficiently, maintaining quality control, and ensuring safety compliance in the manufacturing process. The Manager/Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, planning schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency while keeping production goals on track.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of plywood and particle board manufacturing processes and industry standards
• Skills in team management, leadership, and communication
• Knowledge and experience in quality control, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with attention to detail
• Proficiency in production scheduling and workflow optimization
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
• Relevant technical education or training in manufacturing or industrial engineering is preferred
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced production environment
