Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Shape and execute social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals
Own and manage Kuku TV s end-to-end social media presence across platforms
Drive organic customer acquisition through viral, platform-native content and campaigns

Monitor performance metrics, user behavior, and platform trends, and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, improve engagement, and scale organic growth
Collaborate closely with internal teams including content, marketing, and design, and coordinate with external stakeholders such as production houses and actors to actively engage them in campaigns

Requirements

3-4 years of proven experience managing social media for OTT/streaming platforms or new-age consumer-tech companies
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master s preferred)
Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, platform dynamics, and design thinking
Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities
High sense of ownership with a strong bias for action
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret insights and optimize strategies
