Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, audience engagement, and driving brand awareness and leads through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Monitor comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely manner
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required)
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Creative thinking with good copywriting skills
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
Excellent communication and time-management skills
