Job Description

Title:

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end social media strategy and monthly content calendar
Create and post high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, YouTube community)
Engage with audience: comments, DMs, reputation & query handling
Collaborate with design/video/content team for creatives & scripts
Conceptualise and run organic & paid social media campaigns
Track social media KPIs and optimise for reach, engagement & leads
Coordinate with departments for academic/events coverage & real-time updates
Manage influencer tie-ups, collaborations & UGC campaigns
Maintain brand voice, tone and visual guidelines consistently
Research trends & competitors, bring fresh ideas proactively

Skills Required

Strong command over Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X
Good copywriting & storytelling abilities
Knowledge of design/video briefing & basic editing is a plus
Experience with tools (Hootsuite/Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, GA4 etc.)
Excellent communication, responsiveness and coordination
