Senior Growth Manager Role Overview Were seeking a versatile creative professional who combines performance marketing expertise with compelling content creation skills. The person will be responsible for creating and optimizing high-converting promotional content for Guru App while driving measurable growth through data-driven creative strategies. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube platforms Analyze creative performance data to identify winning patterns and optimize ROAS Conduct systematic A/B testing of creative variations to maximize conversion rates Monitor and optimize key performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPI, LTV, and CAC Collaborate with data team to build attribution models and performance dashboards Design and execute creative testing frameworks to systematically improve performance Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies across multiple platforms Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and adjust creative strategies accordingly Creative Production Lead AI-assisted creative production for short-form promotional videos (15-60 seconds) Develop frameworks to create compelling scripts with powerful opening hooks optimized for Indian audiences Supervise performance-driven creative assets specifically formatted for different ad placements Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all promotional content Produce variations of high-performing creatives to combat ad fatigue Collaborate with the team editors to create thumb-stopping visuals and graphics Develop creative testing hypotheses based on performance insights Required Experience 3+ years in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing 50L+ monthly ad spend 2+ years in creative content creation, preferably short-form video for mobile apps Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads platforms Experience creating content for Indian audiences with an understanding of regional nuances Track record of improving campaign performance through creative optimization Experience with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) Portfolio demonstrating ability to create emotionally compelling, conversion-focused content Required Skills Marketing Skills Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms Expert knowledge of campaign optimization techniques and bid strategies Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data Understanding of attribution models and customer journey mapping Experience with creative testing frameworks and statistical significance Creative Production Skills Advanced proficiency with AI content creation tools and prompt engineering Strong storytelling abilities with an understanding of conversion psychology Ability to create thumb-stopping creative hooks in the first 3 seconds Bilingual content creation skills (Hindi-English mix for Indian audiences) Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices (Reels vs. In-Feed vs. YouTube) Basic video editing skills and familiarity with creative production workflows Preferred Qualifications Experience in EdTech, FinTech, or subscription-based mobile apps Knowledge of growth marketing strategies and lifecycle marketing Understanding of Indian cultural nuances across different states and demographics Experience with marketing automation tools and customer segmentation Familiarity with creative asset management and version control systems What We Offer Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools while building Indias leading learning platform Direct impact on business growth through both creative and performance optimization A collaborative environment where creative meets data-driven decision making Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Learning budget for staying updated with the latest marketing and AI trends
