Role Overview

• Drive end-to-end growth initiatives across multiple NxtWave products.
• Understand user behavior and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Tech, Sales, and other teams.
• Design growth experiments, run A/B tests, and scale successful solutions.
• Lead and mentor a small team (12 members) to execute initiatives effect

Key Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey using data and user insights.
• Build hypotheses, design experiments, and run structured A/B tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Own key metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Prepare clear problem statements, evaluate root causes, and propose creative solutions.
• Track performance, prepare reports/dashboards, and present insights to leadership.
• Manage multiple workstreams with strong prioritization and timely execution.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality output.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in growth, product, marketing, strategy, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience running A/B tests and scaling successful experiments.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Prior experience in edtech, consumer tech, or high-growth startups is a plus.
