Senior Growth Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Growth Manager at Superkicks, your main responsibility will be managing media spends across different platforms and optimizing vital performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, RoAS, and CAC. You will also be in charge of inventory forecasting, collaborating with the content and marketing team for campaign execution, and strategizing to drive business growth through retention, SEO, and owned media. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Media spends across different platforms. - Optimize vitals performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, RoAS, CAC. - Manage inventory forecasting and coordinate with ops for inventory procurement. - Collaborate with Content and Marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns. - Own Top line and deliver high ROI campaigns. - Analyze and Track Ecommerce performance and plan strategies to grow it further. - Own Retention, SEO and owned media strategy to drive business avenues. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as an Ecommerce/ Performance/ Growth manager in a D2C. - Knack for data and analytics. - Strong Mathematics and Business acumen are a must. - Detailed experience with Shopify. - Worked on ad platforms: Meta, Google, Snapchat. - Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business analysis. - Excellent communication skills.
