Specializing in UI/UX and website design, we work across industries—from SaaS and tech to fashion, wellness, and D2C (e-commerce). As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior UI/UX & Website Designer who can elevate our creative output, guide junior designers, and bring deep UX thinking. As our Senior UI/UX & Website Designer, you’ll own the full design lifecycle—from discovery and wireframing to polished high-fidelity interfaces. You’ll work closely with strategists, developers, and clients to craft seamless, on-brand, and user-friendly experiences. This is a high-ownership role for someone who’s both a strong visual designer and a thoughtful user advocate. Key Responsibilities Lead UX strategy, user research, journey mapping, and information architecture Translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and flow diagrams Solve complex usability challenges with elegant, data-informed design decisions Design high-fidelity, responsive website interfaces in Figma Apply consistent visual language across layouts, components, and devices Maintain and evolve design systems for scale and consistency Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect handoff and interactive fidelity Collaborate with brand strategists to align design with brand identity and voice Present design solutions clearly to clients and internal teams with rationale and confidence Provide mentorship and design feedback to junior designers and interns Create detailed design documentation, UI kits, and annotated specs for developers Follow and improve our internal UI/UX workflows and delivery checklists Manage timelines and design deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously Required Skills & Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX or website design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end website design projects (not just Dribbble or Behance shots) Proficiency in Figma (layouts, components, prototyping, design systems) Deep understanding of responsive design , layout systems (grids, spacing, hierarchy), and accessibility standards Working knowledge of front-end development (you don’t need to code, but should speak the dev language) Excellent communication and presentation skills—verbal, written, and visual Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities Eye for typography, color, and balance—your designs should feel intentional, not templated Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience designing in or for Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify Motion/interaction design (Framer, Lottie, Adobe After Effects, etc.) Experience contributing to or building design systems Experience with branding or working closely with brand identity systems Familiarity with project management tools Show more Show less
