∙Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calls, networking and referrals
∙Understand client requirements and present tailored proposals and solutions
∙Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals
∙Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
∙Maintain relationships with key clients and provide post-sales support
∙Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, project execution) to ensure smooth
handover and execution
∙Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts and achievements to the management
∙Strong understanding of the solar industry, especially ground-mounted solutions
∙Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
∙Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
∙Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads/opportunities simultaneously
∙Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
