We serve a wide client base across India and the Sub-Continent. Our World Class Steam Technology centre in Chennai underscores our commitment to engineering excellence and energy efficiency. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Chennai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, understanding and addressing client needs, and providing technical guidance related to our steam solutions. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, generating reports, and collaborating with the engineering team to optimize client processes. Qualifications Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in Steam accessories, like steam traps, valves, condensate recovery systems, etc.. Basic sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships Technical knowledge or experience in steam technology or related fields is preferred Ability to understand and offer technical solutions to clients Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Willingness to travel within TN as needed
