Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Indore. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, handling customer queries, and offering solutions related to steam technology. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with clients to understand their requirements, presenting and demonstrating suitable solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of steam technology and energy efficiency solutions is a plus
