Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: • Conduct theory and practical sessions on subjects such as CNC operations, mechanical systems, electrical/electronics, PLC, automation, or related technical topics. • Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, presentations, and assessments. • Demonstrate hands-on machine operation or lab-based technical activities. Curriculum & Content Development: • Collaborate with technical heads to design training modules aligned with industry needs. • Update content based on technological advancements and feedback from trainees. • Prepare study materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assessment & Feedback: • Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical evaluations, and observations. • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve technical understanding and application. • Maintain trainee progress reports and certification records. Student/Engineer Engagement: • Guide and mentor students, technicians, and young engineers throughout the training lifecycle. • Address doubts, motivate learners, and maintain discipline and engagement in class/lab. • Create a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment. Coordination & Reporting: • Coordinate with other trainers, lab technicians, and administrative teams for smooth training operations. • Submit weekly training plans, attendance, and performance reports. • Support Company visits, skill contests, or certification audits when required Job Skills: • Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / CNC / Automation systems. • Ability to teach both theoretical concepts and practical applications. • Skilled in operating training equipment, simulators, and tools relevant to the subject. • Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and basic ERP or LMS systems.Role & responsibilities

Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC machines. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine servicing to maximize machine uptime. Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and training to machine operators and maintenance staff. Documentation: Maintain service reports, logs, and records of customer interactions. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to improve product performance and customer experience. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 0 to 5 years of experience in CNC machine servicing, troubleshooting, or maintenance. Strong understanding of CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.). Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical diagnostics. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
