Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Develop new accounts through cold calling, networking, and market research. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) for effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in industrial sales or related field. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent qualification. Strong understanding of business development principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.

Collaborate with the design, technical support, and dispatch teams to close the loop from inquiry to installation. Travel across Gujarat to meet customers, conduct site visits, and build long-lasting relationships. Work closely with senior leadership on sales planning, project tracking, and strategic accounts. You’re a Perfect Fit If You: Have a Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar. Have 1–4 years of sales or techno-commercial experience (machine safety / automation background is a plus). Love visiting sites, solving problems, and meeting new clients.
