Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer in Road Safety Products Division at Goodluck India Limited, located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing technical support to customers, communicating product specifications and benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting technical presentations, developing sales strategies, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies Ability to understand and explain technical information to a non-technical audience Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field Prior experience in a sales to Contractors of Highway Construction is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
