Imago & Getter is a Mumbai-based manufacturer and marketer of disinfectants and hygiene solutions for hospitals, pharma plants, labs and institutional clients. With validated formulations, compliance-ready documentation and a fast-growing distributor network, we are strengthening our internal sales engine — and are seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy Consultant to guide this next phase.
We are looking for a senior professional who has led institutional/ B2B sales in a similar industry and can help architect our sales strategy, direct our hiring decisions, guide our National Sales Manager and Distributor Manager, and ensure all field activities are aligned with targets.
· Evaluate our current sales structure, processes, pricing, and distributor model — identify gaps and opportunities.
· Work closely with our National Sales Manager & Distributor Manager to give direction, coaching, KPIs, and strategic alignment.
· Build and refine our sales playbook: target customer segmentation, pitch positioning, tender strategy, distributor onboarding framework.
· Monitor performance metrics weekly; analyse lead quality, funnel progression, conversions, territory performance.
· Recommend course corrections — strategy tweaks, incentive design, channel reshaping, regional prioritisation.
· Develop institutional acquisition strategy for hospitals, pharma plants, labs and facilities management companies.
· Support high-value meetings (if needed) with strategic accounts in an advisory capacity.
· Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant on demand generation, lead nurturing and positioning.
· Collaborate with the Director of Operations for Forecasting and Demand Planning.
· Work with the HR Consultant on regional prioritising and closing senior positions.
· Ensure sales processes, documentation & reporting follow best practices.
· 8–15+ years of B2B / institutional sales experience in hygiene, chemicals, pharma, infection control, medical consumables or facility solutions.
· Strong understanding of hospital procurement, pharma compliance expectations, distributor models and institutional buying behaviour.
· Experience leading sales teams or setting up sales systems/processes.
· Ability to analyse numbers, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategic improvements.
· A coach-mindset — able to mentor, train and upskill the NSM, Distributor Manager and sales team.
· Strong communication, strategic thinking and structured planning ability.
· Preferably experience working in/with mid-sized Indian manufacturing companies
· You will shape the sales direction of a growing hygiene brand.
