Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Involve in End to End recruitment NON IT Hiring; right from sourcing, screening, coordinating the interviews, release the offer and follow up with the candidates.
Call the candidates extensively and provide them with the job opportunity and close the job position accordingly.
Utilize multiple techniques to source the candidates, preferably hands on experience on Job Portals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job
Create, maintain and update Database as required.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment preferably from Staffing Industry / Building Material / Manufacturing industry.
Must have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
