Role Summary

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard qualified candidates across departments. This role will collaborate with the HR Manager and department heads to ensure timely hiring, strong candidate pipelines, and a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Understand hiring needs by collaborating with HR Manager and department heads.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified applicants.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the offer process — negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

2. Manpower Planning & Forecasting

  • Support HR Manager in planning workforce requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and weekly hiring reports.
  • Build a candidate pipeline for recurring or urgent roles.

3. Employer Branding & Networking

  • Contribute to employer branding through social media and outreach.
  • Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Draft creative and engaging job postings.

4. Process & Compliance

  • Follow standard recruitment procedures and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
  • Ensure compliance with company and labor laws during recruitment.

5. Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding schedules.
  • Facilitate smooth handover to HR operations for induction.

  • Time management and multitasking capability for multiple positions.
  • Negotiation skills and candidate relationship management.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.


Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
  • 3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in [education / training / service] industry preferred.
