Key Responsibilities: - Own the full recruiting lifecycle for entry level to senior level positions. - Comprehend Digital business strategy and translate skills required to fulfill the hirings. - Enhance candidate experience through finest practices. - Source candidates through research, cold calling, and other methods. - Drive candidate selection, offer negotiations, and administrative duties. - Stay updated on industry news and trends to maintain an opportunistic edge. - Advise and guide colleagues in TA and HR locally and regionally on process. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in end-to-end technology recruitment. - Experience with proactive stakeholder engagement. - Excellent MS Excel experience. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (Desirable). - Adaptability and solid solution finding skills (Desirable).
