Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions across various industries. Source top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for each role. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the application process. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition. Proven track record of successful senior-level hires in BFSI industry (preferably). Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
