Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and formulating strategic growth plans. The role also includes networking with industry leaders, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet organizational goals.

• Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning skills
• Market Research, Sales Forecasting, and Competitive Analysis capabilities
• Negotiation, Contract Management, and Presentation skills
• Networking and communication excellence, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM tools and standard business software
• Experience in leadership hiring, talent acquisition, or consulting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
