Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven ELV / IT Business Development Manager (BDM Sales) to lead business growth, manage key accounts, and expand our presence in ELV and IT system projects. The role involves strategic sales planning, client acquisition, and end-to-end ownership of large-value projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies for ELV & IT solutions Generate and manage leads for large and mid-size ELV/IT projects Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, builders, PMC, and end clients Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions Review tender documents, RFPs, and project specifications Coordinate with presales, design, estimation, and project teams Prepare and finalize techno-commercial proposals and BOQs Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth Track pipeline, forecasts, and prepare management reports Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree / Diploma (Engineering or IT preferred) Strong experience in ELV / IT system sales & project business Excellent knowledge of ELV systems: Server, Storage, Firewall, Networking, Structured Cabling, IP Telephony, IP CCTV, Time Attendance & Access Control, AV, PA, Fire Alarm, BMS, etc. Compensation & Benefits Attractive salary package + high-performance incentives Growth-oriented role with leadership exposure Opportunity to handle marquee projects
