Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in Talent Acquisition and related HR activities for the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools - Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand and forecast the manpower requirements - Assisting management in developing a competent and engaged workforce aligned with corporate values - Identifying, attracting, and recruiting suitable talent efficiently and consistently within defined timeframes - Reviewing job descriptions, understanding requirements, and executing search plans to identify potential candidates - Sourcing CVs using multiple channels such as job portals, internal databases, and social media - Assessing applicants" relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies - Owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including scheduling, coordination, and offer rollouts - Handling joining formalities like pre-employment health checkups and background screenings - Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new joinees, providing necessary infrastructure, and resolving any arising issues - Managing new hire orientations and other training programs - Utilizing HR analytics for periodic reporting to the management - Conducting exit interviews, analyzing data with seniors, and partnering with business heads for attrition management - Maintaining and updating MIS reports and other relevant data - Reporting any abnormalities to the management promptly Your Qualifications: - Masters degree in HR - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably from the CRO or Pharma Industry - Preference will be given to immediate joiners Please let me know if you need any additional information or clarification regarding the role.,
