Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter at our Sibsagar location. The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, maintaining recruitment metrics, and fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and employee onboarding
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes
Experience in building relationships with internal teams and external partners
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in IT or technical recruiting is a plus
