Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for different roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and clients to understand requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct detailed interviews, assess technical skills, and provide a thorough evaluation of candidates for technical roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition and sourcing to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate delivery and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for multiple roles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure a tailored recruitment approach for lateral hiring.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technical skill requirements to effectively source candidates.
  • Assist in negotiating salary and benefits, ensuring the best match for both the candidates and clients.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on lateral hiring (preferably 2-3 years).
  • Experience in lateral hiring and a strong understanding of various skill sets and hiring processes.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and roles simultaneously, with a high level of efficiency.
  • In-depth understanding of various technical roles and requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidates technical and cultural fit for clients.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and latest trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment consultancy environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other HR software.
