Job Overview About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to join our dynamic team in
Cochin, Kerala
. The ideal candidate will have 15–18 years of overall experience in the IT industry, with at least 7–8 years of hands-on project management experience. You will be responsible for successfully leading complex IT projects across technologies like
Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, .NET, Data & AI
, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding client expectations.This role requires strong experience in managing
US-based customers
, excellent stakeholder communication, and proven expertise in delivering technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple end-to-end IT projects across various domains including Cloud (Azure), CRM (Salesforce), .NET applications, and Data & AI initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring strong customer relationships and high satisfaction levels.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets. Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Manage project risks, proactively identify issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to company’s project management frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team leads.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including estimation, solutioning, and proposal development when needed.
Key Requirements:
- 15–18 years of total IT experience, with 7–8 years in a Project Manager role handling mid to large-scale IT projects.
- Proven experience managing projects in technologies such as:
Salesforce CRM,
Microsoft Azure (PaaS/IaaS)
Data Engineering and AI/ML implementations
- Strong experience managing US clients; familiarity with US time zones, culture, and business expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Client-facing experience in an services or IT consulting environment.
- Experience working with distributed teams across geographies.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and delivery.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
