Senior Project Manager

A project manager's job description (JD) includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities are defining project scope, managing resources and budgets, leading and motivating project teams, and communicating with stakeholders. Project managers also oversee risk management, quality control, and prepare progress reports. Core responsibilities

• Project planning and execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create detailed project plans and schedules; and oversee the execution from start to finish.
• Team leadership: Build, motivate, and direct project teams by providing clear direction, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Resource and budget management: Allocate resources, manage the project budget, and ensure resource availability.
• Stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, report on project status, manage relationships, and handle project-related issues and changes.
• Risk and quality management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure deliverables meet quality standards; and manage any necessary changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant project information.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
