Senior Project Manager

Key Experience: 10 years above into Project Management ( residential homes)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate and supervise project management teams, site engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage and oversee contractors, consultants, and project staff, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards across all sites.
• Handle procurement processes, subcontractor agreements, and contract administration efficiently.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide detailed project status reports to all stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts, technical challenges, and unforeseen delays promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Work closely with quantity surveyors to track costs, variations, and budget utilization.
• Maintain strong client-handling experience, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction throughout the project.
• Possess good knowledge of local contractors and vendors in Bangalore to support project sourcing and coordination.
• Drive project handover, close-out, and post-construction documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
