Job Description

An office boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, running errands, and providing administrative support. Key duties include serving refreshments, performing cleaning tasks, The role ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently by keeping it tidy and helping staff with various routine and administrative duties. Key responsibilities

Office maintenance and cleanliness: Keep all common areas, including pantries, washrooms, and meeting rooms, clean and organized. This can include dusting, cleaning floors, and managing waste disposal.
Administrative support: Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and sorting mail.
Refreshment and pantry duties: Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
Errands and deliveries: Collect and deliver internal documents, packages, and couriers. They may also be required to run errands outside the office.
Office supply management: Monitor and restock office supplies and pantry items.
Equipment support: Assist with the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Communication: Answer phones, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate staff members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
