Senior Project Manager

As a Project/Program Manager in ICT implementation projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing various aspects of projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating leadership qualities to guide the project team towards successful project completion - Utilizing negotiation skills to handle discussions with stakeholders and resolve conflicts - Implementing cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget - Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle - Communicating effectively, both verbally and non-verbally, with team members and stakeholders - Managing project recovery processes effectively in case of setbacks - Efficiently managing project tasks to meet deadlines To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Applications, along with an MBA/Master's in Technology or equivalent - Technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Prince2, or PMP will be advantageous - Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in ICT implementation projects, specifically in areas like Command Control Centre, Intelligent Integrated Traffic Management System, and Smart Parking Management System Skills: - Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of RFPs and technical requirements - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build and lead teams effectively - Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal - Solid organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Additionally, the selection process for this role will involve 3-4 rounds of evaluations.
