Company Description Since 2012, we specialize in civil contracting and interior designing of houses, Villas and commercial buildings, as well as renovations of old homes and other buildings. We start the incredible journey of designing a space for you by understanding you and your requirements. This leads us to create a Layout Plan and present to you our proposals. We move to the next phase once you approve of the same. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager, located in Ernakulam. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The role includes coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, conducting inspections, and ensuring that projects adhere to all specifications and quality standards. Qualifications Project Management and Expediting skills Experience in Inspection and Logistics Management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field Experience in the construction industry is a plus
