Lab Analyst

Responsibilities: Sample Preparation: Prepare and handle samples for testing according to established protocols. Testing and Analysis: Conduct various tests on food samples, which may include chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses. Data Recording and Documentation: Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation of procedures followed. Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that all testing procedures meet quality control standards and regulatory requirements. Instrument Operation: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments used for testing. Lab Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and handle hazardous materials appropriately. Calibration and Maintenance: Participate in instrument calibration and maintenance activities to ensure accurate and reliable results. Troubleshooting: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in test results, and report them to senior analysts or supervisors.
