Key Responsibilities Talent Management: Overseeing the full recruitment and hiring process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires and managing offboarding procedures. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment, and handling disciplinary actions fairly. Policy & Compliance: Implementing and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records. Benefits & Payroll: Administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.) and managing the payroll process, including accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and wages. Performance Management: Assisting in the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans for employees. Employee Engagement: Planning and organizing activities to enhance employee engagement, improve morale, and foster a positive organizational culture. HR Strategy: Contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
