Manager/Sr.Manager Sales (UPS ,Diesel & Gas Genset)

· Lead sales initiatives for Diesel and Gas High Horsepower (HHP) Gensets,UPS across industrial and infrastructure sectors.

· Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of large-value opportunities through direct engagement with customers.

· Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals.

· Negotiate high-value contracts ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

· Liaise closely with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) to deliver solutions from concept to commissioning.

· Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to optimize strategies.

· Regular client meetings, industrial visits, and active participation in industry events.

· Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
