Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager at our company based in Mohali / Chandigarh, India, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing solar projects from contract initiation to completion. Your proactive approach will be essential in efficiently advancing each phase of the project within the established timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of 20-30 active projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with various departments such as sales, operations, permitting, installation, and post-ops. - Actively drive project progress, identify and address obstacles, and maintain seamless communication across different teams to ensure the continuous flow of operations. - Manage high-volume projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating strong coordination, multitasking, and prioritization skills. - Anticipate and resolve issues promptly, showcasing a high level of problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to prevent delays. - Uphold a sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in solar, construction, or SaaS sectors. - Proficient in managing high-volume, fast-moving projects while meeting stringent deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly for U.S.-facing coordination. - Strong coordination skills, multitasking abilities, and effective prioritization techniques. - Proven track record of anticipating and resolving issues efficiently to ensure project continuity. - Ability to maintain composure under pressure, exhibit professionalism, and uphold consistent communication standards. - Prior experience working with U.S. or international teams would be advantageous. In this role, you will be evaluated based on the following Success Metrics: - Achieving 95%+ on-time project progression across all project stages. - Ensuring zero idle projects beyond the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines. - Maintaining accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) documentation for 100% of your assigned projects. - Timely identification and resolution of project blockers. - Improving project completion timelines and minimizing bottlenecks to enhance operational efficiency.,
