Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with 12+ years of overall experience and at least 5 years in a direct project management role. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and on-site teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality civil infrastructure or real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation and manage day-to-day project operations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure all health and safety, legal, and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a project manager

position.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage (not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with ERP systems used in construction management
