• Project Scheduling:
Develop comprehensive project schedules post-order finalization.
• Client Handling: Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and provide project updates.
• Project Coordination: coordinating with cross-functional teams & client to ensure project completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Engineering Work: Assist in preparing data sheets, project specifications, process flow diagrams, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings
• Procurement & Fabrication: Coordinate BOM preparation, material procurement, and fabrication activities.
• Structural & Mechanical Installation: Guide teams in fabrication, equipment erection, and installation.
• Piping Engineering: Oversee piping activities as per P&ID & isometric drawings.
• Inspections & Commissioning: Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Project Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, bar charts, and mechanical completion documents.
• Cost Optimization & Risk Mitigation: Implement strategies to minimize material waste and eliminate
