Role Overview The Office Assistant Credit & Collection Department will play a key role in supporting the finance team by handling documentation, coordination, and field-level activities related to collections and receivables. The role requires strong coordination, record management, and communication skills to ensure timely and accurate execution of departmental operations. Key Responsibilities Collect cheques from clients and ensure timely deposit in designated bank accounts. Submit invoices to clients and project sites as per schedule. Upload invoices to client portals or internal systems. Follow up with project teams for certified invoices and approvals. Maintain and update the Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) tracker regularly. Coordinate with the finance team for cheque clearance and reconciliation. Assist in documentation and filing related to receivables and collections. Support in follow-ups for Bank Guarantee (BG) collection and project-related documentation. Perform other field and office support activities as required by the department. Skills & Competencies Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and record maintenance. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Reliable, punctual, and capable of handling fieldwork independently. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Education & Experience Minimum HSC or Graduate in Commerce / Administration preferred. 2 to 5 years of experience in office administration, documentation, or field coordination roles, preferably within finance or accounts departments.
