Job Description

Designation: Senior Production Executive

Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution: o Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery timelines. o Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

Process Optimization: o Monitor and improve production line efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output. o Implement best practices in manufacturing and lean processes (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, GMP, GHP).

Team Management: o Supervise and guide production line staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and productivity goals. o Conduct on-the-job training and skill development for line operators and junior staff.

Quality Control & Compliance: o Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP). o Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to minimize deviations and product defects.

Health & Safety: o Maintain high standards of workplace hygiene and safety as per statutory regulations. o Conduct regular safety drills and audits to enforce compliance.

Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain detailed production reports, downtime analysis, and performance metrics. o Provide regular updates to the production manager on output, issues, and improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, with at least 2 years in snacks production (extrusion, frying, baking, seasoning lines, etc.). Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills

Analytical and problem-solving ability • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other quality systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
