Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

To prepare the milk & milk products with good quality
Prepare the batches as per market requirements planning of milk availability for dispatches
Ensure to complete all the works within the stipulated time
Manpower Management & Manpower cost
Ensure the quality and quality of milk and milk products
Ensure the minimal wastage of film & leakages in packing section
Maintain Hygienic conditions in the plant premises
To see 100% market supply as per requirement
Monitoring final product temperature
Ensure the dispatches of of all vehicles as per scheduled time
To Supervise company planning and development policies for committies
Reduce the products handling loses
Monitor the proper utilization of packing material without any wastage
Milk & Milk products dispatches should be completed as per the scheduled time without any deviation
Proper production planning for avoiding the dispatches delays etc.
