Role & responsibilities Job Description: Align to Organization Values. Market Visit with Min 20 Calls in a day. Ensure product availability & Visibility in the stores. Monitor implementation of products promotion through shelf Tickets at stores. Regular replenishment of stocks by collecting purchase orders as per the Schedules Coordinating with Salesmen & Despatchers (Logistic management) for time supply of Milk, Curd & Paneer. Supply Chain Management & Cold Chain Implementation for control temperature products Responsible for Target Achievement, Timely Collections & Product RTV. Indent planning & stock coordination with respective Plant Team. Coordinate for POs, Product Dispatches, GRN collections on time. Track of Competition pricing, Promotions and New product launches. Stores Expansion, Existing Customers Management. Promoters / Merchandiser training New Channel / New Outlet expansion Drive performance of Promoters by product placements & special displays. Preferred candidate profile Financial performance - Business improvement Fresh Products /VAP/IC (Goal) Volume Target (Range Selling) & Focus Product (KPI) Volume target for high realization products (KPI) Operational Excellence Focus Business Expansion Increase Market share, Reduce RTV’s, In time collections as per TOT.
