Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-scale production workflows from raw materials to finished powder.

• Ensure shade consistency, gloss stability, and batch repeatability.

• Oversee QC checkpoints and troubleshoot deviations.

• Maintain production records and operational SOPs.

• Coordinate with R&D, maintenance, and supply teams.

• Drive efficiency, reduce wastage, and strengthen process reliability.

• Ensure compliance, safety, and machine readiness at all times.

What we expect:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in powder coating colour manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of formulation, extrusion, and micronisation processes.

• Ability to manage teams and handle production challenges in real time.

• Strong process mindset, problem-solving ability, and execution discipline.
