Role & responsibilities Job Title: Production Executive Department: Production & Operations Location: Pipalaj, Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: 1. Manufacturing & Production: Execute batch manufacturing and batch dispensing activities accurately and efficiently. Prepare bolus, powder, and other product forms as per production schedule. Ensure all production processes comply with SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines. Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning during production. Identify any process deviations and take corrective actions in collaboration with supervisors. 2. Production Planning & Coordination: Coordinate with Production and Packaging teams for timely completion of production orders. Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials as per production requirements. Assist in planning production schedules and meet daily/weekly production targets. Collaborate with QA/QC for in-process inspections and quality checks. 3. Packaging & Dispatch Preparation: Support packaging operations, including proper labeling and packaging of finished goods. Ensure compliance with packaging specifications and standards. Assist in preparing finished goods for dispatch in coordination with the supply chain/warehouse team. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate batch manufacturing and dispensing records. Record all production details, including quantities, batch numbers, and deviations. Prepare daily/weekly production reports for review by management. Ensure proper documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance. 5. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to workplace safety standards and SOPs at all times. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production and packaging areas. Comply with all company policies, GMP, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: Education: B.Sc. in Science (preferably Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields) Experience: 1 years in manufacturing/production operations (pharma/healthcare preferred) Required Skills: Expertise in dispensing, batch preparation, and basic production operations. Knowledge of bolus, powder, or other dosage forms. Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately. Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with production, QA/QC, and packaging teams. Role & responsibilities Job Responsibilities: 1. Production & Packaging Quality Assurance (QA): Maintain and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for all batches. Ensure that chemist and production executive follow BMR as per BMR and intervene in case of any deviation Quality checks for any incoming Raw Material and ensure that is as per specifications approved by QC team Ensure packaging specifications are followed during wad, sealing, labelling, weighing, volumetric checks and final packaging of the products. Conduct production and packaging checks every 2 hours and ensure all instructions are properly followed. Coordinate with the production and packaging teams to ensure product quality at all stages. Inspect and verify raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products against quality standards. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation for any quality deviations. 2. Retained samples & Stability checks: Maintain retain samples and stability samples for each batch as per company SOPs. Prepare, update, and file QA/QC documents, test records, and checklists . Ensure proper record-keeping and traceability for all quality-related documentation. Support internal and external audits and inspections by ensuring compliance with GMP standards. 3. Coordination & Follow-up: Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and purchase teams for quality-related requirements. Follow up on in-process quality checks and provide necessary guidance to operators. Report quality concerns immediately to the Quality Head or Production Manager. 4. Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement better control systems. Suggest improvements in processes, documentation, and product quality. 5. Job Title: Sr. Executive Production Department: Production Location: Pirana, Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: A. Production Planning & Control Prepare and execute daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on orders and sales forecasts. Ensure uninterrupted manufacturing of premixes, mineral mixtures, feed supplements, bolus, powders, liquids, etc. Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, QC, QA, and Maintenance to ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials,and equipment. Documentation & Reporting Ensure accurate maintenance of batch production records (BPR), logbooks, and daily production reports. Provide daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to management. E. Inventory & Material Management Monitor consumption of raw materials and packaging materials. Team Supervision & Training Manage shift supervisors, operators, helpers, and technical staff. Conduct training on SOPs, hygiene, safety, equipment handling, and good manufacturing practices. Evaluate performance and improve team productivity. Maintain discipline and smooth workflow on the shop floor. G.
