Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Documentation:

Handle bills, debit/credit notes, and maintain accurate accounting records.
Manage and record E-way bills and PO (Purchase Order) creation.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software and excel.

2. Vendor Coordination & Payments:

Handle vendor payment follow-ups and maintain payment schedules.
Support in reconciliation of vendor accounts and maintain supplier databases.

3. Purchase & Operational Support:

Assist in external purchases and meet vendors for material requirements.
Prepare and maintain purchase documentation and coordinate with the purchase team.

4. Worker & Attendance Management:

Maintain working hour calculations for workers.

5. Reporting & Communication:

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports as required.
Maintain smooth communication between departments for operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
Experience:
1 years (Freshers may also apply)

Skill Set:

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel
Good accounting knowledge, follow-up skills, Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Work Hours:

09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Salary:

17,000 20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
